How to buy goods from our warehouses

To place an order, please contact our sales department via the website contact form. Our managers will provide you with pricing, terms, and information on product availability. If the testers are not in stock, we will inform you of the estimated lead time.

The shipment of ordered products is only possible after receiving an advance payment. Please note that shipments outside the EU are subject to customs clearance, which may take additional time. Your order will begin shipping only after the export procedure has been completed.

Our prices include packaging, delivery, and full shipping insurance. However, they do not cover any local duties or taxes in the destination country. As the exclusive supplier of Aeromarine SRT products, Smart Radio Tech is responsible for export procedures, while the buyer, as the consignee, is responsible for import procedures, including the payment of all applicable duties and taxes.

On the day your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email, including an Air Waybill (AWB) or a shipping tracking number. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Typically, you will receive your order within five (5) working days. However, in some countries, customs clearance may extend the delivery time up to ten (10) working days.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package to ensure it matches your order and is undamaged. If you encounter any issues, contact your sales manager immediately or reach out via the website contact form.

Please read and follow the user instructions provided with the product carefully. This will ensure optimal performance of your new test equipment.

Your product is covered by a two-year (2-year) warranty against manufacturing and firmware defects. If you experience any issues, please refer to our warranty terms. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, contact our customer support team via the website contact form.
